Little Warriors is deliberately building the controls that must exist before it asks the public or institutional funders to trust it with money, personal information or programme delivery.
NPO registration, future SARS PBO / Section 18A preparation, independent governance, safeguarding, privacy, financial controls and reporting are being tracked without claiming approval before it exists.
Approved board or office-bearer profiles will appear here only after the governance structure is formally adopted.
Dedicated banking, dual authorisation, procurement controls, donor receipting and reporting must be established before public donation channels open.
Child-facing programmes and beneficiary-data collection will not open before the relevant controls are approved.
Eligibility, referral criteria, intake processes and delivery tracking will be published when each programme is ready.
No beneficiary or impact claims are made before programmes are actually delivered and measured.

- POPIA-aware privacy, retention and access-control procedures.
- Conflict-of-interest declarations and separation from the private practice.

- Programme criteria, referral pathways, monitoring indicators and reporting templates.
